Sophisticated Design. Exceptional Space. Built Around the Way You Live.

The Paloma is an approximately 5,300-square-foot luxury home design created for homeowners who want exceptional living space, elegant entertaining areas and the flexibility of a thoughtfully designed two-story floor plan.

Featuring four bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, a three-car garage, formal dining room, dedicated study, media room and game room, the Paloma brings together impressive architectural spaces and comfortable everyday living.

For homeowners building a custom home in Tulsa and surrounding communities, Bridgewater Homes can use the Paloma as the starting point for a residence personalized around your property, lifestyle and vision.

Paloma Home Design Overview

Approximately 5,300 Square Feet
4 Bedrooms
4.5 Bathrooms
3-Car Garage
2 Stories
Formal Dining Room
Private Study
Media Room
Game Room
Multiple Outdoor Living Areas

Rather than designing a large home simply for the sake of square footage, the Paloma organizes its space around how people actually live, gather, entertain and relax.

An Impressive Main Floor Designed for Everyday Living

The Paloma's main level combines expansive gathering spaces with defined rooms that provide privacy when you want it.

A dramatic entry introduces the home and creates an immediate sense of scale. From there, the floor plan transitions into the primary living areas while maintaining dedicated spaces for working, dining and entertaining.

The formal dining room provides an elegant setting for holidays, celebrations and dinner parties, while a nearby butler's pantry creates a convenient transition between dining and kitchen spaces.

At the heart of the home, the kitchen and surrounding living areas are designed to become the natural gathering point for family and guests.

A Private Study That Feels Like Part of the Home

For homeowners who work remotely or simply want a quiet room away from the home's primary gathering spaces, the Paloma includes a dedicated study.

This space can be customized as a traditional home office, executive study, library or combination workspace and retreat.

Built-in cabinetry, shelving, architectural millwork, fireplace treatments and personalized lighting are among the possibilities Bridgewater Homes can explore when adapting the design to your preferences.

A Kitchen Designed Around the Way You Entertain

In a home of this scale, the kitchen should be more than a place to prepare meals.

The Paloma provides the opportunity to create a substantial chef-inspired kitchen designed around entertaining and everyday functionality.

Depending upon your selections and customization, the kitchen can incorporate an oversized island, professional-style appliances, custom cabinetry, premium countertops, specialty storage and other features selected specifically for your household.

The adjoining butler's pantry adds another layer of functionality, particularly when entertaining larger groups.

Indoor and Outdoor Living Connected

Outdoor living is an important part of the Paloma design.

Multiple outdoor living areas create opportunities to extend the home's usable space beyond its interior walls.

These areas can be personalized around the homesite and homeowner's priorities, potentially incorporating covered entertaining areas, outdoor kitchens, fireplaces, televisions, seating areas or connections to a pool and backyard environment.

The result can be a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor spaces designed specifically for entertaining in Oklahoma.

Paloma Second Floor

The Paloma's upper level expands the home's private and recreational spaces while maintaining separation from the primary living areas downstairs.

Secondary bedrooms provide comfortable accommodations for family members or guests, while the upstairs recreational spaces give the home an entirely different dimension.

Dedicated Game Room and Media Room

One of the defining characteristics of the Paloma is its emphasis on entertainment.

Rather than requiring one multipurpose bonus room to serve every recreational need, the design provides both a game room and dedicated media room.

The game room can become a casual gathering space with seating, games and an optional wet-bar configuration.

The media room provides an opportunity to create a more immersive entertainment environment for movies, sports, gaming and family movie nights.

Bridgewater Homes can work with homeowners to determine how these spaces should be configured and finished based on how they intend to use them.

Generous Bedrooms and Storage

Large homes work best when storage is incorporated into the original design rather than added as an afterthought.

The Paloma provides generous bedroom and closet space, helping keep the home's living areas organized while giving family members the storage they need.

During the customization process, closet layouts, built-in storage, cabinetry and other organizational features can be adapted around the homeowner.

Make the Paloma Your Own

A Custom Home Design Is a Starting Point, Not a Limitation

Choosing the Paloma doesn't mean every Paloma needs to look the same.

Bridgewater Homes approaches the design as a foundation that can be personalized according to your lifestyle, property and architectural preferences.

Depending on the homesite and scope of the project, customization may include changes to room configurations, interior finishes, cabinetry, flooring, lighting, fireplaces, outdoor living areas, garage configuration, technology and other architectural details.

The objective is not simply to build the Paloma.

It's to build your Paloma.
